The Atlantic Coast Conference faculty athletic representatives have reviewed former NC State student-athlete Tramain Hall's request to be allowed to participate at a league institution. The group voted to allow Hall to enroll in a league institution upon meeting the requirements of a 4-2-4 transfer. He would be allowed to accept athletic aid for the 2002-2003 academic year, but would be required to redshirt athletically.
The 4-2-4 transfer requirement states that a student must graduate from a two-year college after attending at least two semesters and have 24 transferable units with a minimum grade point average of 2.0.
Due to NCAA regulations, NC State university staff will not be able to have any comment on this matter.
