Wolfpack Players to Undergo Surgery

Three Wolfpack football players will spend the offseason rehabilitating from surgery. All-American linebacker Levar Fisher will undergo arthroscopic surgery today to repair a tear in the labral capsule of his right shoulder. On Jan. 23, offensive guard Reggie Poole is scheduled to have surgery to remove a bony growth on his thigh. Wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery will have surgery to repair a tendon on his left little finger.

Fisher is projected to miss 4-5 months of work as he recovers from the surgery. Poole and Cotchery should be ready for spring workouts.
