Holt Shines In Rams Win

Torry Holt and the St. Louis Rams are proving that their Super Bowl season
of 1999 was no fluke.
The former All-American from NC State made touchdown catches of 85 and 80 yards on Sept. 24 as the Rams upped their record to 4-0 with a 42-20 victory at Atlanta.
"He did a great job," St. Louis quarterback Kurt Warner said of Holt. "We gave him some chances one-on-one and he took care of the rest."
Said Holt: "It was a blessing from the sky. I put my lucky shirt on, and I was able to make some plays for us."
Warner threw a total of four touchdown passes as the Rams improved their scoring average this season to 40-points per game.
