Lloyd Harrison, the 64th pick in April's National Football League Draft, has
agreed to contract terms with the Washington Redskins.
The Washington Post reports the former NC State star will sign a four-year deal.
Harrison, who was a first team All-ACC cornerback in his junior and senior seasons at State, joins a team that is loaded with talent at the cornerback position. To go along with 1999 starters Darrell Green and Champ Bailey, the Redskins added perennial All-Pro Deion Sanders and Tyronne Drakeford during an off-season free agent spending spree.
Harrison tallied 12 interceptions in his college career to finish tied for third with Woodrow Wilson on NC State's all-time list.
