Moose, an NC State graduate, had served as the athletic deparment's Interim Director of Business and Finance since September of 1999. Prior to that, she was the Associate Director of NC State's Budget Office overseeing a total budget in excess of $720 million. A Certified Public Accountant, Moose also served as Assistant Vice President of Budget at PennCorp Financial, Inc., from 1993-97.
Turner had served as the Interim Compliance Director at NC State since March. She joined the NC State athletics department in 1999 after serving as Assistant AD for Compliance and Administration of Women's Sports at Radford University from 1996-99. She also served as Compliance Coordinator at Francis Marion University in Florence, S.C., her alma mater, from 1989-96.
Vaughan joined the NC State athletics department in October 1998 as Sports Information Director. Prior to that, she had served as Assistant AD for Media Relation at East Tennessee State University since 1994. Vaughan began her Sports Information career as an assistant SID at Clemson, her alma mater, from 1989-94.
