Fisher Earns All-America Accolades

This is the fourth different All-American honor Fisher has received this season. He has been named to Football Writer Association of America first-team, the Football News as a first-team performer and was a second-team Walter Camp All-America on Thursday.
Fisher, who was finalist for the Bronco Nagurski Trophy, has enjoyed one of the best seasons for a Wolfpack linebacker in school history. Fisher, who has recorded 166 tackles, leads the nation in tackles per game with a 15.1 average. His 166 tackles are sixth most in school history aFisher also leads the team with 15 tackles for loss, seven passes defensed and four caused fumbles.
A native of Beaufort, N.C., Fisher has recorded three of the school's Top 10 single-game tackle totals in school history. He recorded 21 tackles against Maryland, 20 against Florida State and 19 versus Clemson.
