Women's Golf Tied For 10th At Pine Needles

Southern Pines, N.C. (Nov. 6) - The women's golf team is in a tie for 10th
place at the Pine Needles Intercollegiate in Southern Pines, N.C. The
Wolfpack shot a 315 in the first round of the three-day event. Alabama
currently sits atop the leaderboard with a 291.
Malin Claesson led the Wolfpack with a 73 and is currently in a tie for eighth place. Chloe Ritson fired a 76 and is tied for 24th. Memphis' Meaghan Francella carded a 70 to hold a one-shot lead after the opening round of competition.
