Pack Moves up to No. 21 in AP Poll

Despite having a bye off, the NC State football team made a significant jump in the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Poll.

The Pack (5-1) jumped to No. 21 in the Associated Press Poll and No. 23 in the USA Today Coaches Poll as UCLA and Minnesota were bumped form the polls after losses last weekend. It is the highest ranking for the Wolfpack since they reached as high as No. 20 on September 13, 1999.

NC State returns to action this Saturday when it faces No. 6 Florida State in a crucial ACC showdown at Carter-Finley Stadium at 7:00 p.m. The game can be seen live on ESPN with Ron Franklinn, Mike Gottfried and Adrian Karsten.
