Leak Out, Robinson In

NC State will continue to play musical tailbacks this week when Ray Robinson returns to the practice field. Meanwhile, Eric Leak, who started in place of Robinson at Florida State, will miss this Saturday's contest against Wake Forest with a sprain of his great right toe. Leak's moment in the sun in Tallahassee lasted just one carry before he was hurt.
Robinson, who didn't dress at FSU because of a sprained right ankle, is expected to be at full strength in practice this week.
Left guard John Fletcher is being listed as questionable with a toe injury that's similar to Leak's.
If NC State can get through the game at Wake Forest without any further injuries, it will have an extra week to heal some wounds. Coach Mike O'Cain is looking forward to a bye week, which follows Saturday's contest against the Deacons. "We've got a big ballgame this week and then a chance after that to take a deep breath," he said. "I feel good about what this football team can accomplish."
He can also feel good about the fact that the Wolfpack remained in the top 25---despite Saturday's 42-11 loss at Florida State. NC State is ranked 24th in this weeks coaches poll and comes in at #25 in the AP Top 25.
