Parking Lots open two and a half hours before game time.
Tickets may be purchased in advance by cash, check or credit card. The day of an event the ticket windows in the front of the Entertainment and Sports Arena will be open 1- hours before the event starts if any tickets are for sale.
General Will Call is located in the South Lobby of the Entertainment and Sports Arena and will open 1- hours before an event.
Media Will Call is located in the South Lobby of the Entertainment and Sports Arena and will open 2 hours before an event.
TICKET RULES
- All persons, except children under two (2) years of age, must have a
ticket to enter.
- All sales are final.
- Tickets cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

EVENT ENTRANCE INFORMATION
General Public
All doors will open 1- hours prior to the starting time of the game. All
fans are required to enter the Entertainment and Sports Arena at the arena
level. The South lobby entrance located in the front of the arena provides
access to both arena level and club level seats. Patrons may also enter
through the West lobby, and the East lobby. All lobby entrances have access
to all arena levels.
Media Entry
All media should enter the South Lobby of the Entertainment and Sports Arena
and receive credentials at the designated media window, which will open 2
hours before an event. Media will be able to access the pressroom areas and
floor seating by using the elevators located in the south lobby. NC State
Athletics media relations will staff this window.
Chancellor Guest Entry
All chancellors' guests should enter the South Lobby of the Entertainment
and Sports Arena and receive tickets at the designated window, which will
open 1- hours before an event. Guests will be able to access the
hospitality areas by using the elevators located in the south lobby. The
Chancellors office will staff this window.
STUDENT ENTRY
Students can enter any entrance with a game ticket and valid student ID.
RE-ENTRY
There are no re-entry privileges except to those using designated smoking
areas
Entertainment and Sports Arena Parking
Parking gates open 2.5 hours before the game time and are easily accessible
from Edwards Mill Road and Trinity Road. There are 8,000 spaces adjacent to
the arena in paved lots. Overflow parking is located at Carter Finley
Stadium. Parking Passes can be obtained through season ticket purchases
only. Students may pick up game by game parking passes with their tickets.
Parking Fees $5.00
Buses are Free.

DIRECTIONS
The Entertainment and Sports Arena is conveniently located adjacent to
Carter Finley Stadium and the NC State Fairgrounds just off I-40 and I-440,
easily accessible from all parts of North Carolina.
From Greensboro/ Durham / Chapel Hill -
Take 40 East into Raleigh, Take the
Wade Avenue Exit # 289, then take the first Exit- Edwards Mill Road.
From Fayetteville, Lumberton and South Carolina -
Take I-95 North to I-40
West, Exit # 289 Wade Avenue, then take the first Exit- Edwards Mill Road.
From Goldsboro, Kinston -
Take US 70 West to I-40 West, Exit 1-440 Inner
Beltline to Exit # 289 Wade Avenue, then take the first Exit- Edwards Mill
Road.
From Rocky Mount -
Take US 64 West to Raleigh on to I-440 Outer Beltline, to
Wade Avenue Exit #4-B, then take your second Exit- Edwards Mill Road.
From Wilmington, Jacksonville -
Take I-40 West to Exit # 289 Wade Avenue,
then take the first exit-Edwards Mill Road.
From Wilson, Greenville -
Take US 264 West to 64 West to Raleigh, I-440
Outer Beltline, to Wade Avenue Exit # 4-B, then take your second Exit-
Edwards Mill Road.
From Charlotte, Kannapolis, Salisbury -
Take I-85 North to I-40 East to
Raleigh, Take the Wade Avenue Exit # 289, then take the first exit- Edwards

From Richmond, Petersburg, Virginia Area -
Take I-95 South to I-85 South to
US 1 South to Raleigh to I-440 Outer Beltline, to Wade Avenue Exit # 4-B,
then take your second exit- Edwards Mill Road.
CAR TROUBLE
The ESA Parking staff will provide or can obtain assistance for guests who
have either locked their keys in their car or may need a jump-start. Guests
need to contact any event service staff to request assistance.
HANDICAPPED PARKING
Any vehicle with a hanging handicapped parking permit will be able
to access this parking area up to the start of the game. These lots are
available on a first-come first-served basis for handicapped patrons.
ESA POLICIES/BUILDING INFORMATION
SMOKING POLICY
The Entertainment and Sports has been declared a smoking free building.
Patrons wishing to smoke will be able to access the following outdoor areas:
Main Level East Section 116, West Section 107; Club Level, East Section 217,
West Section 207; and Upper Level, East Section 321, West Section 307.
There are signs posted throughout the building directing patrons to the
designated smoking areas.
LOST AND FOUND POLICY
Lost and Found items should be turned into the nearest available ESA event
staff member. To claim lost items, patrons should visit the Guest Services
area on the Main Concourse by Section 127.
FIRST AID
The First Aid room is located behind Section 111. Should anyone need
assistance they should contact the nearest usher.
ATM
ATMs are located at sections 111 and 127 on the main concourse of the ESA.
RESTROOMS
16 Men's restrooms and 21 Women's restrooms line the concourses of the ESA.
TELEPHONES
Pay phones are located on the concourse and are 35 cents per use.
Telephones are placed adjacent to the following sections: 109, 114, 125,
128, 203, 205, 219, 221, 302, 308, 320, and 326.
CONCESSIONS
18 Concession stands are located throughout the arena.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following may not be brought through the gates of the ESA: All food and
drink containers, bottles, artificial noise makers, cans, thermos bottles,
ice bags, ice chests, laser pens, hard surfaced materials, OR ANY OBJECT
DEEMED HAZARDOUS BY THE GAME MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL. Gate personnel are
instructed to enforce this rule in the interest of safety.
Throwing Items
For the safety of all, patrons must refrain from throwing any object in
the stands or onto the playing surface. Patrons who do not comply will be
asked to lave the arena.
NOISEMAKERS
No artificial noisemakers are allowed in the coliseum at any time.
SIGNS
Signs, banners, pictures, etc., that are offensive to individuals and teams,
that are not in good taste, that block the view of spectators or create a
safety hazard will not be allowed.
The hanging or displaying of signs on stadium walls, bleacher areas, ramps
or an area immediate to the arena and athletic grounds is prohibited as a
safety precaution, and to avoid defacing of property with tape, glue, nails,
or other materials.
