Duke Rowing Wraps Up Weekend At Rivanna Romp

Blue Devil teams wrap up fall competition schedule
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- The Duke rowing team competed this weekend at the Rivanna Romp in Charlottesville, Va. The Duke team finished ninth in the varsity eight competition with a 14:52.8 time. In the Varsity Four competition, Duke entered two teams- Duke A and Duke B. Duke B finished 10th witha 15:59.0 time while Duke A completed the course in 16:14.5 for a 12th place finish. The Rivanna Romp marked the final fall competition for the Duke rowers. The Blue Devils begin their spring season January 5-11 with their winter training trip to Orlando, Fla.
