Open Practice at ESA Tonight
11/1/1999 12:00:00 AM | Men's Basketball
The NC State Men's Basketball team actually held its first practice at the new Entertainment and Sports Arena on Saturday, but when the Pack takes the floor at its new digs tonight, there will be fans in the seats.
From 7:30 to 9:00, the Wolfpack will hold an open practice that's free of charge to the public. Parking in all of the ESA's lots will also be free.
The format calls for four 10-minute scrimmages with teams changing throughout.
Coach Herb Sendek's Wolfpack is preparing for it's first exhibition game of the new season. On Wednesday night at 7:30, NC State will entertain the California All-Stars at Reynolds Coliseum. The game will be broadcast on the Wolfpack Capitol Sports Network and over the internet on GOPACK.com.
In a second exhibition game, the Pack will host the 5-Star Hawks on Sunday. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
