- Caught 65 passes for 1,086 yards during his NC State football career.
- Made the top catch in history of Carter-Finley Stadium, when he caught 35-yard pass from Erik Kramer vs. South Carolina (Nov. 6, 1986).
- Second-round draft pick (No. 33 overall) of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1989 NFL draft.
- Played three NFL seasons until a severe neck injury ended his career.
