In partnership with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, the Wolfpack Football team invites all those who are battling cancer, cancer survivors and their families to participate in an on-field survivor celebration tunnel during the team introduction during the Kay Yow Spring Game on Saturday, April 6 at 1 PM.
If you would like to participate in the on-field recognition, please fill out the form below and a Athletics Marketing staff representative will be in touch with further details as the date approaches. Please register by Tuesday, April 2.
