
Women’s Golf To Begin Play At ACC Championship Saturday

RALEIGH – The NC State women's golf team will head to Greensboro, N.C., this weekend for the 2018 ACC Women's Golf Championship at Grandover Resort. The tournament will run Saturday through Monday with 18 holes contested each day.
Eleven of the 12 teams in the tournament field are ranked among the top 55 of the latest GolfStat rankings, including six in the top 30.
Tournament play will be carried live on ACC Network Extra beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday and 1 p.m. on Monday, with Dean Linke and Donna Andrews on the call. Admission to the course is free of charge.

Tee Times – NC State will tee off on hole 10 Saturday between 9:50 and 10:30 a.m. with Florida State and Clemson. Tee times for the final two rounds will be based upon results the day before.
Last Time Out
The Pack traveled to Browns Summit, N.C., for the Bryan National Collegiate and finished in a tie for sixth out of 18 teams. NC State was one of seven ACC teams in the field and tallied the third-best score among the league teams with an 899 (+35).
Junior Naomi Ko garnered her best finish of the season and fifth top 10 showing of her career as she finished second out of 95 players with a one-over par 217. India Clyburn and Cecily Overbey finished in the top 25, sharing 21st overall with a 10-over 226.
Last Year At The ACC Championship
Last year at the ACC Championship the Pack finished sixth overall with an 888 (+24), led by graduate Sarah Bae and Laura Kowohl as they garnered top 25 individual finishes.
