From the Coach
"With the schedule we have this spring there are a lot of important dates and although you want to stress each of them equally, Thursdays home double-header against Tennessee and East Carolina is certainly one of if not the most significant of the season," said head coach Simon Earnshaw. "We are past the opening portion of the season and starting to approach our best tennis. Matches like this demand our best and I expect nothing less from the team. It looks like the weather will cooperate and this is the type of day you always look forward to. It's why we put in the extra effort and preparation, really the essence of why we do this and something we are all really hyped about. No matter what it's going to be a great afternoon and evening out at Dail and I hope that as many people as possible are able to stop by and share the excitement we have for these match-ups. Go Pack!"
Pack in the Rankings
Claudia Wiktorin & Anna Rogers landed at #7 in the latest Oracle/ITA doubles poll, tying the highest doubles ranking in program history. Their ranking tied the #7 ranking achieved by Sanna Bhambri & Sandya Nagharaj in 2011.
Last time out for the Wolfpack
Playing at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center for the first time this season last Saturday the Wolfpack earned a 6-1 win over Appalachian State and a 7-0 win over Campbell.
