CLEMSON, S.C. - Joshua Davis and Dylan Peebles posted impressive performances in the weight throw and the 200m to close out competition for the NC State track and field team at the Tiger Paw Invitational.Â
Davis, who placed first in the weight throw, earned another podium finish with his performance at Clemson. His winning throw of 74' 8.50" (22.77m) came on his final attempt of the day.Â
Peebles clocked a new personal-best in the 200m, hitting a top-10 national mark and moving into third place on the NC State Top-10 List. His 20.87 time bettered his conference qualifying mark, which stands at the top of the ACC.Â
