RALEIGH – The NC State women's basketball team returns home for two straight games this week. First up is a Wednesday evening visit from Georgia Tech. Tip-off between the Wolfpack and Yellow Jackets is scheduled for 7 p.m. from Reynolds Coliseum with live video coverage provided by ACC Network Extra.

WEDNESDAY PROMOTIONS
-Employee Appreciation Night. Events for NC State employees are planned for the west lobby of Reynolds Coliseum. Free admission for NC State faculty and staff and guests of faculty and staff gain admission for $3.
-Basketball Bingo.

With 12 games remaining in the regular season, senior center Akela Maize is on pace to crack the top 10 of the single-season blocks list at NC State. With 33 blocks through 17 games this year, she is just 18 away from making the list. Maize has swatÂted two blocks or more on nine occasions so far this year. Her season and career high mark of five came in the Nov. 23 win over Alabama.
