From the Coach
Overall thoughts
"The atmosphere in Reynolds today was so electric," said head coach Kim Landrus. "I think that the girls just fed off of that high energy and from the very beginning of warm-ups you just knew they were on point and they carried that momentum throughout the whole meet. What was really exciting was that so many of the steps we've been working on in practice came out today in competition. I always say, 'You have to trust the process,' and today I really felt that they trusted the process. It's always a team effort, but Chelsea had a phenomenal all-around performance. Drew did phenomenal. The entire vault team was great, I commend the entire vault team. They started the meet off right, they've been working on their landings a lot and minimizing those deductions. I think that really just fueled us for the rest of the competition."
