
Pack Women’s Soccer Concludes Exhibition Slate With Wake Forest Friday

RALEIGH – The NC State women's soccer team is set to host its second and final exhibition contest Friday evening when it welcomes Wake Forest to Dail Soccer Stadium. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
The Wolfpack hosted High Point on Tuesday evening and earned a 3-0 win. Twenty-one players saw action on the field while six of the seven freshmen made their debuts.
Jackie Stengel scored the first goal of the match in the second minute off of an assist by Kia Rankin, while Tziarra King scored the other two in the 38th and 40th minutes. She doubled the team's lead with assists from Lulu Guttenberger and Krissi Schuster, and extended the lead to three on an outstanding individual effort.
PRESEASON TRAINING
NC State began preseason training on Aug. 2. GoPack.com caught up with head coach Tim Santoro to preview Friday's match.
SEASON OPENER
The Pack will open its regular season Aug. 18 at Oregon, which will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network at 8 p.m. ET. The team will then travel to Portland Aug. 20 for an 8 p.m. ET matchup.
The squad will open its home schedule Aug. 24 when it hosts Coastal Carolina. Kickoff is 7 p.m. at Dail Soccer Stadium.
PROMOTIONS
Admission is free. Fans will have an opportunity to pick up the 2017 schedule poster, and will receive an online code for to purchase a ticket to the Davidson match Sept. 10 for $3.
PARKING
In order to avoid traffic, fans can refer to this turn-by-turn Waze map to park in the Reynolds Coliseum Deck.
TICKETS
Single-match tickets as well as season tickets are still on sale for the 2017 season, which features 10 home matches.
