Pack Alum Qualifies for World Championships

RALEIGH, N.C. - Former Wolfpack star Ryan Hill will represent the United States at the 2017 IAAF World Championships.  Hill will compete in the 5000 meters after crossing the line at 13:16.99 to finish third at the USA Track & Field Championship in Sacramento, Cal. last week.
Hill won nine All-America honors during his Wolfpack career, which spanned from 2009 to 2013. Â He was a silver medalist in the 3000m at the 2016 world championships. Â Â He represented the United States at both the 2013 World Championships in Beijing and the 2015 meet in Moscow, where he finished 7th and 5th respectively in the 5000 meters.
This year's IAAF World Championships will be held in London, Aug 5-13.
