RALEIGH, N.C. – The 20th-ranked NC State baseball team will open Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) play at Wake Forest this weekend. Due to impending weather approaching the Winston-Salem area, the weekend schedule has been altered to a single-game Friday and a doubleheader Saturday.

Friday's contest is set for 6 p.m., while the first game of Saturday's doubleheader is slated for 1 p.m. with the second game to follow. All three games of the series will be broadcast live on the ACC Network Extra, as well as radio coverage on WKNC 88.1 FM and on GoPack.com for premium subscribers.

NC State heads into conference play with a 7-6 overall record and Wake Forest owns a 10-4 mark at the start of league action.

In its most recent outing, the Wolfpack picked up an 8-5 road win at UNCW, while Wake Forest defeated No. 18 Coastal Carolina in Conway, S.C., 13-8.
