Â
#Pack18 was unique throughout the entire NCAA, as there were signing days in both December and February for prospects to sign with their future schools. NC State signed 21 back in December before the bowl game, and another four in February.
Â
With only a few available scholarships left after the December signing day, NC State focused on specific position groups for its February signees.
Â
Going all the way back to his introductory press conference when he became the Wolfpack's head coach, Dave Doeren has always had the goal of keeping the best in-state products right here in Raleigh.
Â
NC State also has the benefit of 10 early enrollees (eight scholarship, two walk-ons) who have joined the Wolfpack for the Spring semester. Not only do these members of the Pack get a head start in the classroom, but they also join the returnees for winter workouts and spring practice.
