RALEIGH – The NC State men's soccer team returns to action for two straight home matches this week. First on the schedule is a visit from Wright State on Tuesday evening. Kickoff between the Wolfpack and Raiders is set for 7 p.m. from Dail Soccer Stadium with live coverage provided by ACC Network Extra.

Denied two sure goals on brilliant defensive plays, NC State dropped a tough 1-0 decision at No. 14/10 Wake Forest on September 24. Senior midfielder Lukas Zarges was denied twice on the doorstep in the 26th and 54th minutes. Goalkeeper Alex McCauley made four saves in the match.
HOME STRETCH
Four of NC State's next five matches—including both this week—will be played at Dail Soccer Stadium. Broken up only by a trip to nationally-ranked Clemson on Oct. 8, NC State will host Wright State (Sept. 27), Duke (Sept. 30), High Point (Oct. 11), and Pittsburgh (Oct. 15).

NC State has outshot its opponents by a 98-76 margin this season. The Wolfpack has recorded 41 shots on goal, while opponents have achieved 32.
MAJOR MINUTES
Substitutes Nick Retzlaff (redshirt sophomore midfielder) and Bryant Nardizzi (freshman forward) played their highest minute totals of the season at No. 14/10 Wake Forest on Sept. 24. Retzlaff was on the field for 47 minutes while Nardizzi played 41. Redshirt freshman forward Tyler Gabarra also recently recorded a season high in minutes, playing 43 in the 3-1 win over Liberty on Sept. 20.

-Tuesday's match marks the first ever meeting between NC State and Wright State.
