Throughout the summer, GoPack.com will be catching up with each returning member of the NC State Volleyball team. Periodically a Q and A will be posted to the website, giving fans a look at how each player is spending her summer.

Talk about how your summer has been going.
"My summer has been going well. It was nice to be at home for a month and have some time to relax with my family."
How excited are you to play your final season in the newly renovated Reynolds Coliseum?
"I'm very excited. It's been a long time coming, so I'm excited to be back in our home for my senior season. It will also be nice to have air conditioning in the building as well."
Have you been able to get in the gym this summer?
"When I was home, I went and played some with my old club team. I've ben back on campus now for about a month and we've had several open gyms."
Was there anything in particular that you wanted to work on this summer for the season?
"I wanted to work on making my serve tougher. I think that was one thing I've been really focused on and being consistent with my passing."
What are your goals for the team this year?
"We want to go as far as we can. All of us really want to go to the NCAA Tournament and that's at the top of our list. I think our main focus is doing what we are supposed to do, as far as being good teammates and focusing on the simple things."
What are your individual goals for your senior season?
"To do whatever and as much as I can to help our team make it to the NCAA Tournament."
Have you had a chance to take any personal trips yet or do you have any planned?
"My family and I went to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, for a vacation and that was really fun. We were there for a week and really enjoyed it."
