Cunningham Opens USATF Juniors

CLOVIS, Calif. – Gabriele Cunningham represented NC State at the USATF Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Friday, finishing 11th overall with a time of 11.75.
The Charlotte, N.C., native took fifth in her heat. It marked her fifth consecutive race running under 12 seconds. The race marked the third-fastest 100m dash that Cunningham has run during her NC State career. She ran a wind-aided 11.74 in her season opener at the Raleigh Relays and produced her current PR of 11.64 at the ACC Championships.
Cunningham will be back in action tomorrow with the 100m hurdles.
