Norenius Named ITA Carolina Region Senior Player of the Year

SKILLMAN, N.J. –Simon Norenius was named the ITA Carolina Region Senior Player of the Year, as announced by the organization Monday afternoon.
Norenius is having a breakout season during his final year and has already earned All-ACC honors.
This season the Katrineholm, Sweden, native has moved into the top-10 in school history in singles and doubles wins, has posted a 25-10 (18-8 Dual) record, and defeated six nationally ranked opponents. Norenius is currently ranked No. 55 in the ITA singles polls and was an at-large selection for the NCAA Singles Championships.
