Wolfpack Opens ACC Tournament Thursday as League’s Sixth Seed

GREENSBORO, N.C. – For the second time in just three years under head coach Wes Moore, the NC State women's basketball team (19-10, 10-6 ACC) enters the ACC Tournament with at least 10 league wins and a top-six seed. Despite being selected to finish ninth in October, the Wolfpack ended the regular season in a fifth-place tie with No. 21 Miami.
NC State opens ACC Tournament play on Thursday evening at 8 p.m. (RSN/ESPN3). The Wolfpack will play the winner of Virginia Tech and Boston College, teams which will meet Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m.
