
Wolfpack Women Sends 13 Swimmers To 2016 NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS- As announced by the NCAA office Wednesday, the NC State swimming and diving team is set to have 13 swimmers compete in the 2016 Women's NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.

Held March 16-19 inside Georgia Tech's McAuley Aquatic Center, this marks the largest number of swimmers to receive an invitation since Braden Holloway and his staff took over the program in 2011.

The program had 10 earn invitations for individual events and an additional three swimmers will travel with the Pack to Atlanta to compete on qualifying relay teams. This gives the team a total of 13 that will represent the Red and White at the national meet.

Including 12 individual events, the team has earned bids in all five relay events.
