NC State to face Iowa State, Nebraska and Wisconsin-La Crosse in quad meet
RALEIGH- Coming off of back-to-back wins in Chapel Hill, the NC State gymnastics team is set to take its second trip of the season to face Iowa State in a quad meet Sunday.
The meet is set for a 3 p.m. ET start, as the Wolfpack will match up with the Cylcones, Nebraska and Wisconsin-La Crosse inside Hilton Coliseum.
Live results will be available for the meet.Â
From The Coach's Perspective
"We're really looking forward to traveling to Iowa State this weekend, as we'll face some really good competition with Nebraska in the mix. We're familiar with the arena and environment we'll be competing in since we've already faced them on the road once this season," said associate head coach Colleen Johnson.Â
"More importantly we'll be competing with ourselves, and will look to hit routines and have a solid meet score that will help to carry us into the RQS portion of the season. Nebraska is No. 14 in the country and is a top-tier program, and Iowa State is a strong team with a lot of talented gymnasts. Wisconsin-La Crosse will make it a quad meet, meaning there will be continuous action and a lot of energy in the building."
