Jack Named Co-ACC Wrestler of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. - NC State's Kevin Jack and North Carolina's Joey Ward were each named the Atlantic Conference's Co-Wrestlers of the Week Tuesday after recording victories over 10th-ranked Colton McCrystal of Nebraska in dual match action last week.
Jack, a junior All-America from Danbury, Connecticut, wrestling at 141 pounds, recorded a major decision over McCrystal, 8-0, in State's 22-10 loss to the seventh-ranked Cornhuskers. He recorded 5:22 of riding time. The win was Jack's second straight over a Top 10 foe, as last week he scored a 2-0 win over fifth-ranked Anthony Ashnault of Rutgers in the Journeyman Tussle. Jack is currently ranked fifth nationally by FloWrestling. The win for Jack was his 12th straight this season.
The Wolfpack returns to action on Dec. 20, traveling to Old Dominion for a 7 PM dual.
