
@PackWrestle Sees First Action This Weekend

RALEIGH, N.C. - The 2016-17 NC State Wrestling season officially begins this weekend. The 2016 ACC Champions will have grapplers see action on both Saturday and Sunday.
Senior Max Rohskopf starts the Pack's season off for the second straight year, competing at the NWCA All-Star Classic in Cleveland, Ohio, on Saturday night. The NWCA All-Star Classic features two of the top wrestlers at every weight class competing in an exhibition match.
Moving down to 157 pounds for his final season, Rohskopf will face senior Brian Murphy of Michigan - A 2015 All-American and three-time NCAA qualifier.
The main event matches for the NWCA All-Star Classic begin at 7 p.m., and the action will be streamed live on TrackWrestling.com.
In addition to Rohskopf in action Saturday night, the Pack will be sending multiple wrestlers up to Roanoke, Va., to compete in the Southeast Open on Sunday, the majority of which will be wrestling unattached.
