10/21/2015 9:09:00 AM | Football
RALEIGH, N.C. - Kids of all ages are invited to take part in HOWLIN'WEEN activities prior to the Clemson game on Oct. 31. The Wolfpack will host a costume parade as well as Trunk or Treating in the parking lots.
The costume parade will begin at 1 PM on Gant Plaza in front of the Murphy Football Center, immediately following the Walk of Champions. The parade route will go around the perimeter of Carter-Finley Stadium, ending back at Gant Plaza, so that young Wolfpackers can show off their costumes. Each participant will be given a clear Trunk or Treating bag (while supplies last).
Also at 1:30 PM, The Howlin'Ween Trunk or Treat event will begin in the tailgating lots. Tailgaters who wish to participate are asked to print the attached flyer to visibly place at their tailgate, indicating that they will be a stop for Trunk or Treaters. All candy provided by tailgaters must be store bought and individually wrapped.
Trunk or Treaters are asked to supply a clear bag or use the FREE clear bag provided to the costume parade participants for candy pick up.
Costumes will be allowed in the stadium, although there will be some restrictions:
1) Any patron wearing a mask along with their costume will be asked to remove it upon entrance in the stadium gates to verify identity and to confirm that the mask does not contain a prohibited item.
2) All costumes must fit in the patron's assigned seat and cannot cause visual obstruction for surrounding fans.
2) Face and body paint will be allowed.
3) Toy weapons of any sort are strictly prohibited.
4) Clear candy bags containing candy from the Trunk or Treat festivities will be allowed into the stadium. All other trick or treating bags containing candy will not be allowed.
