RALEIGH – Dominique Wilson of the NC State women's basketball team has been named to the 2015-16 College Sports Madness Preseason All-ACC Third Team.

Playing in her first season at NC State (2014-15) since transferring from Arkansas and sitting out the 2013-14 season, Wilson more than doubled her scoring average from her first collegiate season, scoring 13.8 points per game for the Wolfpack. Wilson scored in double figures 27 times last season and recorded three 20-point games. She also recorded the first double-double of her career, scoring 15 points and collecting 10 rebounds vs. UNC-Chapel Hill on Jan. 22.

Wilson and the Wolfpack Women begin the 2015-16 season with an exhibition against Wingate on Sunday, Nov. 8. The team will then play its season opener at PNC Arena against Villanova on Friday, Nov. 13.
