After sitting out Week 12 with a knee injury, David Amerson returned in time for the Oakland Raider's tilt against the Buffalo Bills. Amerson put up a strong performance, logging five tackles and one pass defended to help the Raiders defeat the Bills, 38-24.
Philip Rivers threw two touchdowns for San Diego against Tampa Bay on Sunday. He completed 15 of 26 throws for 225 yards, moving him into 12th all-time for passing yards with 44,800. The Chargers fell to the Buccaneers, 28-21.
Joe Thuney is on his way to a perfect rookie season, as he still hasn't missed a snap all year. He played all 79 offensive snaps during the New England-Los Angeles matchup on Sunday, helping the Patriots beat the Rams, 26-10. New England remains a powerhouse of the NFL, and leads the AFC East.
Audie Cole had one tackle during the Minnesota Vikings close 17-15 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night.
Steven Hauschka scored 16 points for the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday as they took on the Carolina Panthers. He was four for four on extra points and four for four on field goals, the longest from 37 yards out. Teammate Russell Wilson completed 26 of 36 passes for one touchdown. The Seahawks beat the Panthers 40-7 and lead the NFC West.
Ted Larsen and Willie Young were both part of the Chicago Bear's starting squads on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. Young tallied one tackle and one sack during the game to help the Bears defeat the 49ers, 26-6.
The Indianapolis Colts had an easy victory against the New York Jets on Monday night, winning 41-10. Pack Pro T.Y. McGill had two hits against the Jet's quarterback. The Colts now move into a three way tie with Houston and Tennessee to lead the AFC South.
Eleven-year vet Stephen Tulloch played one snap for Philadelphia on Sunday as the Eagles took on the Cincinnati Bengals. The Eagles fell to the Bengals 32-14 and sit as the fourth team in the NFC East.
Mario Williams lined up for Miami's defensive squad on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. The Dolphins lost 38-6, ending their six game win streak.
