
Moore, Muller Wrap Up Strong Showing At Winter Nationals

Both posted a combined six top 15 finishes over the week

ATLANTA - Hannah Moore and Rachel Muller of the No. 6 NC State women's swimming and diving team wrapped up an impressive showing on Saturday evening at the AT&T Winter National Championships inside Georgia Tech's McAuley Aquatic Center.
Moore collected three top six finishes and as many top-five all-time marks in program history, and Muller tabbed three top 15 finishes in Atlanta.
In the 200 freestyle Moore finished fifth in 1:46.22 (B cut) for the No. 4 time in NC State's record book, while Muller finished 15th in 1:48.52.
Moore also competed in the 200 backstroke and 200 IM where she finished second and sixth, in respective order. Her 200 IM showing of 1:58.65 (B cut) is the third-fastest performance in program history while her 200 back time of 1:53.51 (B cut) is the No. 2 all-time mark.
Muller additionally swam in the 500 and 1,650 free where she finished 14th and 10th, respectively. She stopped the clock at 4:49.58 in the 500 and at 16:25.98 in the 1,650.
The Wolfpack will return to action when select members of the program will represent their respective countries at the 2016 Short Course World Championships in Windsor, Canada, Dec. 6-11.
