Brandon Sanders joined NC State as a strength and conditioning coach in the summer of 2014. At NC State, Sanders works with women's soccer, softball, rifle and the track & field sprinters.
Prior to NC State, he worked at Troy University for two years where he was a part of the 2013 Sun Belt Conference Champion baseball team. He was also in charge of softball, women's tennis, and assisted with the football team.Â
From 2010 through 2012 Sanders was a graduate assistant strength and speed coach at Florida State University. There he worked primarily with the women's tennis, diving and cheerleading teams. He also assisted with the baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, men's tennis and track teams.Â
Sanders is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In April 2012, he earned a masters of science in exercise science from Florida State University. He played college baseball for two years at Chowan University in Murfreesboro, N.C. from 2002-04 before moving on to earning his bachelors of science in exercise science from Salisbury University in 2007.Â
